Beginning in September, a six-month leadership training program will be offered by HR expert Alice Waagen, PhD, of Workforce Learning

RESTON VA, August 15, 2008 — HR expert Alice Waagen, PhD, of Workforce Learning will offer monthly leadership training classes from September through February at the Emerging Leader Institute (ELITE), a hands-on development program that provides employers with targeted management training for their key, high-potential managers.
