RESTON VA, December 8, 2008 — HR expert Alice Waagen, PhD, of Workforce Learning will be offering monthly leadership training classes for any leader hoping to improve their skills.

The sessions start in January 2009 at the Emerging Leader Institute (ELITE), a hands-on development program that provides employers with targeted skills training for their key, high-potential managers.
