Goal – to give individual leaders a forum to discuss leadership challenges and issues and to obtain advice from a leadership expert on actions to take. Coaching emphasis on individual leadership development and growth.
Process – Engagement begins with pre-coaching assessments to determine areas of strength and development opportunities. Coaching sessions are 1.5 hours in length approximately 3 to 4 weeks apart for 6 months.
Outcomes – Leaders will identify and develop their own unique leadership style and use it to motivate and engage staff. Leaders will increase confidence in their abilities and decisions. Technical and operational experts will be transformed into effective organizational leaders.
Leadership Team Facilitation
Goal – to improve on the efficiency and effectiveness of leadership teams by eliminating barriers and silo’s between teams and departments.
Process – Team coaching and facilitation in team meetings and in team off sites and retreats. Team facilitation sessions are 2 to 4 hours in length approximately 4 weeks apart for 6 months.
Outcomes – Team members will increase their awareness of each other’s strengths and value to the team. Teams will identify cross-impacts and dependencies and remove barriers to achieving results. Teams will leverage strengths to increase overall performance.
Goal – to improve on the leadership knowledge and skills needed to effectively direct the work of others.
Process – Needs assessment conducted to determine workshop content and to customize content to
organization’s specific issues and culture. Sessions are half-day in length and incorporate additional readings and assignments to ensure the learning is applied to specific roles and assignments.
Outcomes – Positive organizational culture impact achieved by the adoption of a shared leadership model. Management teams will be more cohesive and collaborative through the use of a shared language and leadership practices. Baseline skills and knowledge established for management team that can be used to hold individuals accountable to a management standard of excellence.
